Will The S&P 500 Fall Back Now The Stress Test Results Are In?
The S&P 500, and indeed most of the other major stock market indices, have put in some extremely impressive gains in recent weeks. However much of this rise could have been attributed to the positive news being leaked about the bank stress test results, so now that they are out of the way, could be now see a retracement?
Well we are certainly due a fall because the markets cannot keep rising indefinitely but there are also fundamental reasons why the markets should be trading lower. For instance are the banking troubles really over? I don’t personally think they are and neither does Marketclub’s Adam Hewison who has just produced another short video which highlights where he thinks the S&P 500 may be headed in the coming weeks and months.
He believes this recent optimism is unfounded and thinks the S&P 500 could well be trading lower in the near future. You can check out this video for yourself by clicking here.
